What is CFA® Program?

   The Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) program is a professional qualification administered and awarded by the CFA® Institute, based in the USA. The CFA® Program is a self-study graduate-level program for finance and investment professionals. The program focuses on the global investment management profession from the standpoint of a practitioner. It also provides general knowledge on other areas of finance. Approximately 100,000 investment professionals globally have achieved chartered holder status to date. As of 2008, more than 118,000 candidates have enrolled to take one of the various examinations.
